Certificate eligibility
Certificates are available only to students with an active Pro plan. You earn one by completing an eligible assessment (for example the First-Year Monthly Assessment or a full assessment) and scoring at or above the certificate mark set by CampusEdge (currently 75%). Paying for Pro does not issue a certificate by itself. Certificates carry a unique ID and QR code anyone can verify, stay on your account after your plan ends unless revoked, and confirm assessment completion only — not employment, accreditation or placement.
Questions
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Both last 30 days with unlimited topic practice. Starter (3 mock tests) shows which answers were wrong and the correct answer — no explanations. Pro (10 mock tests) adds detailed explanations and step-by-step solutions, improvement suggestions, placement guides and downloadable certificates.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro?
Yes. Buy Pro (₹99) any time from the plans page and Pro features turn on straight away for 30 days from payment.
How do mock-test allowances work?
Each time you start a full mock test, one attempt is used, even if you don't finish it. Unused attempts don't carry over after your 30 days end.
What happens when paid access expires?
Practice, mock tests, explanations and guides lock again. Your scores, past results and any certificates already issued stay on your account.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Starter and Pro are one-time payments. Nothing is charged again, so there's nothing to cancel.
I paid before Starter existed — what do I get?
Anyone who already paid keeps full Pro access until the end of the period they paid for, including yearly plans.
