Cancellation

Starter and Pro are one-time payments for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Access stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

If you were charged twice, or paid but Pro was not activated, contact us with your payment reference and we'll fix it or refund the extra amount. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Timeline

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
